MTCINE is the highest level MikroTik training available. This is a 2-3 day training which consists of hands on labs with BGP, MPLS, VPLS and Traffic Engineering. MTCINE focuses on building an interconnection network between Autonomous Systems (AS), as well as deploying a MPLS/VPLS network to provide more services to customers. By connecting to another AS with BGP, you will be part of the world network and eliminate NAT on your public interface. All participants who pass the exam will receive an official MikroTik MTCINE certification.

Course prerequisites: MTCNA and MTCRE certificates and have a good understanding of TCP/IP and subnetting.

Arash comes highly qualified and with significant experience in data network infrastructure and expert in MikroTik systems. He holds 4 MikroTik certfications (MTCINE, MTCRE, MTCTCE, MTCWE) and is also a MikroTik Certified Trainer since 2008. Arash has more than 10 years background experience as a freelance network administrator with specialist skills including wireless communications, VoIP, QoS and complex firewall and routing systems. As a Trainer, he is well travelled, delivering courses all over Australia as well as several countries to teach MikroTik certification material.

Synopsis

The objective of this tutorial is to examine the elements involved in establishing and maintaining security for a network, and building understanding and familiarity with the operations.

Device and network infrastructure security is examined with a focus on establishing robust, stable, and secure networks and protecting the data and processes that occur.

The tutorial also covers the nature and structure of network attacks and the motivation that drives such online malicious activity, including: tools used in modern attacks, who is behind them, and their impact. The course further examines the actions and processes that can be used to identify, mitigate, and respond to such attacks.

Target audience

This tutorial is for all engineers and operators concerned with network security, who are interested in gaining an understanding of and how to mitigate threats.

It is assumed that participants have a basic understanding of network operations and Internet technologies.
